About the Presenter

Joanne Park is a scientific illustrator at Houston Methodist, where she works with researchers and medical professionals to produce figures for research grants, publications, illustrations for novel surgical procedures, 3D animations, and more. She received her master's in Medical Illustration at the Rochester Institute of Technology and her bachelor’s in Biology from Boston University. She likes playing pickleball and taking care of her plants in her free time.
