About the Presenter

Gökhan was born in Tekirdag. He started Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (ITF) in 2006. He drew cartoons for a few magazines as an amateur cartoonist and joined in ITF Art Club. After his graduation in 2012 he began his postgraduate training in 2013 and became a neurosurgeon in 2018. Gökhan founded Cura Canaz Medical Arts with his colleague Caglar in 2018 and started to work professionally in this discipline. During this time, he had the chance to work with world-renowned neurosurgeons and neuroanatomists. In January 2024, he moved to Germany, left neurosurgery and continues to work as a medical illustrator.
