Project Description

IgA nephropathy (IgAN), also known as Berger’s disease, is a rare immune-driven disease of the kidney characterized by glomerular inflammation. A proliferation-inducing ligan (APRIL) has been identified as a key factor in IgAN Pathogensis; a pathway with which nephrologists are largely unfamiliar. Sibeprenlimab is being studied as an inhibitor of the APRIL pathway. Our objective was to research and develop a story explaining the mechanism of IgAN and sibeprenlimab, create a look and feel that allowed for both an immersive and didactic educational experience, and balance 3D and motion graphic elements for the clearest story possible.
