Project Description
This exhibit was created for the defense in an in-class mock trial. The plaintiff argued that Jane Doe’s physician misdiagnosed her breast cancer as mastitis in November 2016. As a result, the cancer had become quite serious by the time it was diagnosed in February 2018. However, the defense argued that Ms. Doe did in fact have mastitis as evident by the recovery that was observed after treatment with antibiotics. This exhibit clearly and concisely summarized the most pertinent information discussed by the defense.
