Bill’s career spans decades, so picking one image from him is a challenge. This editorial piece for the Mayo Clinic shows a thoughtful conceptual approach to Alzheimer’s Disease, in a sensitive, informative way. Colored pencil on Mi-Tientes paper.
Bill is a true ‘force of nature’ in the AMI, having served in many capacities. Bill spearheaded the Medical Illustration Sourcebook, served on the Board of Governors, as AMI President in 1985-86, and has continued working diligently to educate us on both copyright issues and the business of self-employment. He received the AMI Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010, and is a graduate of the Georgia program.
