Congress has approved the CASE Act, which stands for a Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement Act of 2019; and in doing so established a small-claims court for lower-value copyright infringement disputes. Mr. Burroughs will discuss the pros and cons of this new system and best practices for preparing yourself for bringing a claim in this new tribunal.
