Project Description
This illustration highlights the function of a newly developed antibody, anti-FcRH5/CD3, for multiple myeloma immunotherapy. The T-cell-dependent bi-specific (TDB) antibody is designed to trigger T cells to kill myeloma tumor cells by releasing lytic granules (shown in pink) and causing apoptosis of the cancer cell (shown in orange). The painting is based on original super-resolution images captured by Alex Ritter using structured illumination microscopy.
