Project Description

To bring attention to feature article in US Pharmacist magazine. Pseudobulbar Affect (PBA) is characterized by uncontrollable laughing or crying at inappropriate moments. CYP2D6 structures (pink clusters) have been proven to play major part in this behavior, and their pathways in brain are shown. Quinidine and Dextromethorphan, found in drug Nuedextra, are flying in from left and targeting CYP2D6. MOA of how Nuedextra affects CYP2D6 is not fully understood even by the company that makes it, so I imply its affects by having it fly towards and wrap CYP2D6 with glowing loop that matches drug colors. The open blue space on left side of composition is to accommodate article titles on cover of journal.
