Project Description
Courtroom exhibit created for use in a plaintiff personal injury insurance claim. This client was a motorcyclist who collided with a car that pulled in front of him. Upon impact, Mr. Lee was propelled forward and up off his bike. The biomechanical expert detailed how he sustained a hyperextension injury to his thumb, laceration to his groin, and knee joint swelling/PCL injury from impact and hyperextension. This panel was to be used as the opening demonstrative evidence at trial to link the biomechanical issues with the numerous resultant injuries. Additional panels demonstrated the details of the injuries sustained, surgeries performed and degeneration that resulted.
