Project Description
The purpose is to illustrate facial nerve anatomy highlighting the upper and lower cervical branches and the marginal branch. Parotid and submandibular glands, bony, muscular and surface anatomy are included for orientation. The illustration is part of a chapter discussing neck dissection for cancer patients and this illustration begins the discussion of anatomic considerations prior to surgery.
