Project Description
This case involves a 10-day-old newborn plaintiff in a personal injury lawsuit against both the drunk driver and the city. The plaintiff was being carried by his mother across a street when they were hit by a drunk driver thus sustaining multiple severe physical injuries. The summary of injuries medical illustration exhibit was created to help the lay audience understand the severity of the plaintiff’s physical injuries as a result of the accident. A head to toe illustration of the plaintiff was created to demonstrate both the external and internal injuries he sustained to his body. Additional illustrations were included to highlight the comminuted and displaced fractured skull as well as the brain injuries in further detail. Client photos, medical records, radiology films, and 3D skull renderings were utilized in creating the illustrations and depicting the injuries.
